What aren't the Eight Stages? The stages are not a guarantee of that will achieve mastery in the most efficient and effective manner every time. We are human and therefore fallible. No student or instructor using the LMA philosophy has earned a 100% success rate. The stages are an ideal we aspire to. Every time we train we try to continuously improve to train closer and closer to that ideal. In doing this our training becomes more and more effective and efficient. Simply put, the better we train, the better we can become. Be it martial arts or anything else. Most importantly, while being the result of a decade of discussion, debate, trial and error, the stages are not etched in stone. As the LMA philosophy continues to be used, so to it will be further tested and debated. As such the LMA philosophy may change as we strive to always improve it and the methodology stemmed from it. For that reason, as you endeavour to follow philosophy we would welcome your feedback. Training Perfectly to Mastery |
