Training Ethos:

I may never be perfect, but I can train perfectly:

 - I must be certain what I am doing is correct; 

 - If not I must immediately focus on learning it.

 - I must be certain what I am doing is my best;

 - If not I must immediately focus on mastering it.

If I am not training perfectly; I must stop immediately.
